This paper is an Argumentative essay. It is about young high school basketball players jumping from high school to the pros. The NBA recently established a rule against this and now each NBA draft hopeful has to spend atleast one year outside of high school before entering the NBA draft. For the paper, I am all for the new rule, and I am against kids forgoing college. So for my paper, write about how I think the rule is a good thing and all students should take advantage of college education. Also use other factual examples to support my reason besides college education. Use different sources on the subject. Look up details on the exact NBA age rule as well. For my sources, make sure not all of them come from the internet, instead try to find some encyclopedia articles and stuff like that. Also, make sure my different appeals for the paper are LOGICAL NOT EMOTIONAL. This teacher will grade tough mainly on my argument, so everything I state has to be factual and logical rather than opinionated. Use good transitions and make my point valid and understandable. Please avoid using 1st person when writing this paper. The paper needs to be somewhere between 1500-2000 words with 8 or more sources. With each source, i need to have the notes photocopied. In the paper, there needs to be internal citations. Please do whatever you can, and make sure my paper presents a good argument for the new NBA age rule preventing students from going professional straight out of high school.
