I''m requested to select ONLY ONE type of vessel (between LNG or a LPG or a Supramax vessel) and produce an economic / financial business analysis and proposal towards this investment. The analysis should not be more than 5,000 words. I should try to cover in my analysis the following issues produced by the management of my company (graphs, figures and any statistical analysis are welcome): 1. Economic analysis of supply and demand conditions of the selected vessel market: - The different markets and their distinct characteristics - the possible business opportunities - the possible business threats the ammounts involved in these investments - the alternative charter-parties and their characteristics - the market agents involved in these markets -the future of these markets 2. Alternative sources of ship - finance for the selected vessel: - in regard to the size of the company , the following sources of capital can be examined: - bank loan (amount, duration, etc) - strategic alliances (synergies) - private placement of capital 3.
