Discuss in the paper with (especially the personal differences) of previous conflicts they have experienced at work. What are their preferences in dealing with conflict situations? What strategies do they prefer to use? How do they generally attempt to resolve disputes? What relevant situational factors influence the way they manage conflict situations with individuals from other cultures and with individuals of their own? Identify specific behavioral guidelines from managing conflict more effectively.
