As an international consultant you have been asked to: 1. Evaluate L’Oreal’s current strategy and indicate the pros and the cons of their decisions in relation to the long-term goals and objectives of the organisation. 2. Advise L’Oreal on how they can improve the current strategy that they have adopted. Your recommendations should be backed up with appropriate justification. Minimum word limit - 3000 Maximum word limit - 5000 Marking Scheme: Relationship with literature - 20% Response to Part 1 - 30% Response to Part 2 - 30% Presentation - 10% Referencing - 10% Guidelines: 1. Students exceeding the word limit will be penalised. 2. All assignments must be word processed – handwritten assignments will attract an automatic FAIL grade. 3. The coursework must be presented in the form of a report, NOT an essay. 4. Assignments will be graded on the basis of research done, analysis of the facts collated, stand taken and the justification of the stand. 5. All research must be referenced and sourced appropriately. A Reference List and a Bibliography MUST be attached. Improper or lack of either of these constitutes plagiarism and students will be awarded a Fail grade. 6. Students found copying from other students will be charged with collusion and awarded a Fail grade. 7.
