This is the first 3 chapters for my Thesis. I am trying to determine if there is still visible inequality at the corporate level for professional who would like to have the best of both worlds. Women who would like to raise a family and still be able to advance their careers, but is there still a perception out there that women should be home raising their kids and not at the office? Is there still discrimination and how do we overcome that? Are we told that there is an equal opportunity, but at what cost to being both a career woman and a working mother?
