Explain why you think this is an important field in philosophy to pursue. 2) Explain the author’s view you have chosen to discuss in your own words. Be sure to fully explain the arguments that the author offers in support of his or her view. 3) Raise an objection to the view you have explained in section 1. Imagine what someone who disagrees would say in response to this view. In other words, what reasons can be offered against the view? 4) Explain whether you think the view you have chosen to discuss can overcome the objection that you raised to it in section 1. If you believe the view can successfully answer to the objection, explain how. If you believe the view cannot successfully reply to the objection, explain why. 5) Explain what conclusions may be drawn from your evaluation of the view. Have you raised new and important questions that need to be answered? Have you revealed that the view rests on false or questionable assumptions? There are a number of conclusions that you may draw from our evaluation. Just be sure to review your paper and ask yourself, what does this mean? What have I learned from studying this view and considering my own ideas about it?
