Write and present an original research paper approximately 1,000 words (4-5) pages in length. The paper must be word-processed and contain at least six references from the library and the Internet (only two Internet resources may be cited.) References must be in accordance with the guidelines in the Library orientation. (APA style) Wikipedia may not be used as a source. A works cited page should be created using APA citation guidelines. Grades will be assigned based on content, style, grammar, and spelling. Students will present the content of their research papers at the end of the semester in the form of a PowerPoint presentation (500 points.) Please create a cover sheet with your name, class, instructor name, title of your report etc. YOUR PAPER SHOULD INCLUDE AT LEAST THREE RELEVANT PICTURES, DIAGRAMS OR GRAPHICS. Please use headings to indicate the different sections of your paper (Introduction, Internet Security, WWW, Conclusion, etc). Papers will be sumitted to Turnitin.com to check for possible plagiarism. The Research paper will be submitted to Turnitin.com on the due date. The paper will be reviewed for plagiarism. Points will be taken off for a late paper of a grade per day.
