Purpose of this paper is to reflect on how you see(I) the current state of the healthcare in the United States. This assignment is to review and reflect on your own personal understanding and assessment of the quality of healthcare provided and the outcomes experienced or witnessed in my personal life. To enhanced my reflection, I would like some discussions with family, friends and peers what the general feeling is regarding the quality of healthcare provided today. The paper must be short addressing:(1) What is the general feeling about the current healthcare system. (2) What are its major strengths and limitations. (3) What is working?. (4) What is not? Assignment is to be approached from a personal perspective. Paper should be 2-3 pages in length to a maximum of 3 pages only, not including title page, references or appendices and should follow APA 5th edition, scholarly writing guidelines. The paper should cover content(Depth of reflection):(1) Summarized own feelings or evaluation of the healthcare system. (2) Noted health system''s strength and limitations. (3) Incorporated own experiences and examples to enhance reflection. (4) Provide evidence that the topic was discussed with others to deepen reflection. (5) Reviewed own personal values and beliefs that shape how you interpret and analyze the health system. Format(Organization of paper): (1) Used appropriate literature to inform assignment and supplement analysis. (2) Provided clear and focused discussion of critical analysis with synthesis of ideas from the literature. (3) Informative and succinct. (4) Defined all appropriate terms. (5) Organized paper in a clear and systematic manner. (6) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the topic. Presentation style: (1) Assignment must be written in a scholarly format with title page, appropriate sentences, paragraphs, and headings. (2) Included an effective introduction and conclusion. (3)Adhere to APA manual (5th ed.) guidelines for citations and referencing. (4) Work is free of grammatical and typographical errors. (5) Lenghth of paper must not exceed 3 pages, this does not include title page, reference page or appendices.
