This project actually is divided into 3 assignment with 3 different dates and I have chosen that you do all 3 of them as per due date written here for each one. This project should be at the end become as one organised project. if this project was excellent then I am going to send other project and I might be a regular customer since I am working as a consultant in the near future. you can choose any company you want that possible to apply this topic to it. use Harvard reference style and there should be more than 30 references (25 academic journal articles as minimum and few books is acceptable) Please make it on Word document and Pdf file as well because it is online submission. Actually this project is divided into 3 segments: 1- Project Proposal ( 1 - 2 pages ): Due 23 march 2009 This segment should include company back ground, brief discussion of an HR problem related to the topic, Methodology, and expected outcome. 2- Project interim report ( 2 - 3 pages ): Due 10 April 2009 This segment should briefly outline progress to date, findings, and any changes to the projects design and where the project is headed. 3- The main project (Final Report) is comprised of two parts: Due 30 April 2009 A- Findings Report (2000 words) provides a summary of the project findings and future recommendations. B- Learning Report (2500 words) enables the student to present a description of their learning. The main topic of the report must be from Human Resource Management discipline. This project allows students to take a critical and analytical approach to an organisational problem within a rapidly changing and uncertain environment. Students are encouraged to conduct a project from conceptualisation of the problem through to reporting of the problem, and making recommendations for change. Students are encouraged to use contemporary human resource management theories and concepts for the resolution of the problem. The course aim: • To enable students to apply the knowledge gained during their degree to complex real world problem situations in organisational or non organisational environments. • To provide an environment for ‘experiential’ and ‘reflective learning’ on the part of the student. • To improve students’ analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making ability in unstructured problem situations. • To enable students to take responsibility for the development of a project, building on their project management, interpersonal and communication skills. • To develop written and oral communication skills by documenting and presenting their findings of complex real world situations. • To provide students with the opportunity to develop skills and experience highly regarded by the business community.
