In this module, we are going to review reports from your organization to illustrate responsibility accounting. Identify a report or a process in your organization where responsibility accounting should be applied. That is, identify a situation where a manager is held responsible for revenues, costs, or activities over which that manager has authority. Your report should include •The name and nature of the organization •The activity and time period you used •The inputs you used •Your results •Any implications from your results This should be a one to two page report.
