Research case: A multibillion pharmaceutical company is concurred about the high levels of turnover, amoung its midlevel managers. Identifying and acquiring the right talent has never been an issue for the organization but they do not understand why within two years of employment, mid level managers choose to leave the organization. The organization would like to resolve the turnover issue by implementing a retention program. The CEO has asked you, to design and conduct research, to help them understand the key factors influencing mid management turnover. I have to answer the following questions and propose a research plan; 1) what is your research plan and hypothesis? 2)identify and describe your research design and why you believe the chosen design is appropriate for the research question and hypothesis. Explain the specific steps you will follow in conducting your research process 3) Discuss your research methodology for sampling and data collection. Explain rationale for choosing methhodologies. 4)Describe how you will attempt to manage issues of internal and external validity in your design and methods. 5) Critique your design and methods, by discussing their strengths and limitations.
