Students are required to conduct an analysis of a company situation and prepare a 4-5 page, double-spaced report to complete the following (pick any company): o Complete a SWOT analysis and identify significant opportunities and threats facing the firm. o Evaluate the competitive environment of the firm: apply Porter’s model and analyze each factor relative to the company, determine the critical success factors for the company. o Recommend/justify a foreign market entry strategy. o Use 2 additional data sources to update the case information and support your recommendations. To find an organization/company, students may use cases from the textbook or other sources that involve foreign market operations and research the company and industry data. Students are required to use at least 2 additional data sources to update the case information if using a case study. If a company is designated, not in a case, students should be required to use at least 3 data sources to support their analysis. This will be graded on content, grammar, punctuation, and APA style.
