Include an assessment of the cost to provide the materials for 100 units. Arguments to Support Negotiation: Location of Manufacturing Facility: This should include a justification for your choice and an assessment of the impact the location will have on the rest of the supply chain. Distribution: You should assess both the industry and product position in the life cycle of a product in order to explain how you recommend the distribution of the product. This should inform your recommendations with respect to outlet and intended market. Conclusion: Summarise the attributes of your design and the key issues that you have identified.
