After you have read them and reflected upon them, imagine that you are the Human Resource Director for an organization that specializes in providing customer service call centers for multiple organizations. Your organization has expanded rapidly over the past few years, and you now have large call centers located in five states as well as in two cities in India. Please choose the five states from among those that are covered in detail in Fitzpatrick and Perrine (2008) (see background page). Then write a 4 page executive report, not including cover and reference pages, must have reference page in which you: Create a plan for the Human Resources department to address recent labor law updates, changes, and trends that may impact your organization across any and/or all of its locations. This can be written either as an essay or as a combination of bulleted outline with explanatory paragraphs. Prepare it as if you were going to submit it to senior management for review. Your paper should demonstrate critical thinking and analysis of the relevant issues, drawing upon all of the required background readings and any relevant sources from prior courses or your own Internet research.
