The report will be prepared in three parts as follows Part A will introduce the organisation and explain the folowing aspects of HRM: a. A brief description of the organisation ( use a fictious name),the indutry it opertes in and the number of employees. b. The structure of the HRM function,i.e. to what degree is the role undertaken by supervisory staff or by management specialists c. The type of HRM practiced (strategic/short term, a cost issue/ a resource issue, reactionary/proactionary. Part B.You are required to place yourself in the position of a management consultant and proide advic on how to improve the managementof human resources within the organisation. This should involve the folowing.. Analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the HRM function; Identifying areas which require improvement; suggesting what those improvemnts should be. Part C. using the HRM best Practice Scale place the organisation on the scale in the position which,in your opinion, best describe the HRM practices of the organisation. The paper should include the following: 2300-2600 words a. title page b. table of contents c. introduction d.pages numbers e. body of text with headings f. conclusions g. bibliography. References from at least four different texts,journal or articles should be included. My academic level is a (third level student)
