Your critical assessment should discuss for example the following: whether you agree or disagree with the findings; how you would apply the findings to an organization, etc., Overall, in this section I am looking for you to showcase your critical thinking ability, and provide your own insights based upon your evaluation of the findings and data provided in your research. ? Conclusion – this section should reiterate key points iterated in the paper, and provide closing and/or final comments in regard to your data and research. ? Bibliography – this section should list the references you used in your paper. Please use APA style to list references. 4. You should use a minimum of 6 different references and/or sources for this assignment. The references should be no more than six years old. The references can be from a combination of books, and journal articles. Only three (3) references can be from internet articles, as scholarly sources should be used. The remaining three (3) sources must be print or electronic books, research journals, periodicals or electronic database references. The references, gathered from your literature review, should be used to support the insights, recommendations, and/or criticisms that you include in your paper. 5. The body of the research paper should be at least 5 double spaced pages. The 5 pages do not include the Title Page, Table of Contents, and Bibliography. 6. Please use APA style to annotate in-text citations. As a general rule, if it is not your own original thought, cite the source to avoid plagiarism.
