Research Paper Each student will research and write a paper applying one of the foreign policy decision-making models to a specific foreign policy decision (Rational, “Rosenau”, or bureaucratic politics). This decision must be between the years 1990-2008. The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate an understanding of how either Canada’s or America’s foreign policy is made. You are not to evaluate the policy, but instead explain why the decision was made. The length should be about 3500 words (13-15 pages). Grading criteria will include spelling, grammar, and proper academic citation style. A grading schema will be placed on blackboard. Citation style must be either MLA or Harvard.
