Present your findings in the form of a chart, with additional paragraphs to support your analysis. Ensure that you draw the chart highlighting the flows of communication and the types of information that are exchanged between the relevant stakeholders. You are asked to describe the different types of information that a company utilizes on a day to day basis. You must choose different types and sources of information to examine. For example; • Sources – Internal and External, – Primary and Secondary, – Formal and Informal, • Types – Qualitative and Quantitative, – Tacit and Explicit, – Official and Unofficial, – Policy and Opinion Finally you are asked to illustrate how these different types of information are communicated amongst the stakeholders in the organization. You are asked to highlight any potential problems or bottlenecks that occur with the present communication flows.
