The paper should discuss the negotiation aspect of government contracting, discussing basic fundamentals, government and contractor roles in negotiations, tactics, and the importance of them. A one-paragraph, separate abstract section that explains, in 75 to 100 words, the paper''s topic, purpose, and the kinds of research sources used for the paper. c) Main text consisting of 7 pages (plus abstract - 1 page or less). NOTE: This does not include the title page, abstract, table of contents, and references section. e) A bibliography, works cited, or references section. f)  At least 6 references (including the course textbook). h)  Paper should be double-spaced using 12-pt. Times Roman or Courier New letter type. i)   All research references should be cited throughout the paper''s main body, using parenthetical or footnoted citations. Please do not use endnotes. j)  The paper should be double-spaced and left-aligned. k) All paragraphs should be indented. l)  Pages should be numbered. The paper is not an opinion piece; it should be based on objective research performed on the chosen paper topic. When researching the research paper topic, other information sources besides the Internet should be used. Some additional sources include books, periodicals, and magazines.
