Remember that the financial analysis should be very closely tied to those actions and measures which help achieve the desired strategic outcomes. For SLP4: 1. Identify at least 3 learning and growth objectives and show how they relate to the mission, vision and strategy of the organization. 2. For each objective, develop at least one meaningful performance measure (metric). 3. For each objective, identify at least one expected level of performance (target). 4. For each objective, identify at least one new action or program that needs to be developed to ensure successful implementation of the organization''s strategy (initiative).
