Case Study: "An employer after commissioning an ''Equal Opportunities'' Officer to survey his workforce identifies that there is an under-representation of disabled people in his firm. The officer in her accompanying report recommends that the nxt time there are 2 people with the same abilities in respect to a job, where one is disabled and the other non-disabled, then the employer should prefer the disabled person over the non-disabled person.
