This paper should derive from the literature RANDOM FAMILY by Adrian Nicole Leblanc. One character from the book should be picked. With this character, my preference (Cesar), his issues are to be discussed. The character should be made into a client and a plan of intervention is to be developed based on engaging the family. * some key things to considered: client was mandated to come to counseling. He needs stabilized employment, schooling, parenting skills (has four kids) and married. Cesar is in and out of jail. His immediate family is dysfunctional. Therefore, he needs to be worked on being reintergrated into society, perhaps with some vocational rehab. Also acknowledge what are his support systems. The two needing to get the counseling should be he and his wife (couples counseling). Nonetheless, if another character is chosen, that''s fine, however, I prefer Cesar.
