The paper needs to address both dictatorships,in Germany and Italy, when and how were they similar and when and how different. It has to show the basics of both systems, Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy.Furthermore it should show the different ways of ascending to power,of Hitler and Mussoliny,their policies,ideas,pylosophy.
