The paper, excluding cover page and abstract (not required), block quotations (use judiciously), works cited (required), and appendices (if any), must be 9-18 typed, double-spaced, numbered pages in length AND include at least eight (8) different sources. The paper must be in 12-point font and completely conform to APA citation style supplemented by legal citation style. The paper will assess mastery of all objectives, especially objective 4. The subject I have chosen is the U.S. governments proposal to buy military tankers based on an Airbus design rather than Boeing. I have read that Boeing might file a complaint. I would like to research this topic and write a paper on the possibility of Boeing being successful in reversing the decision, and the legal precedents that might affect this. The research should be on cases involving appeals in the government contracting area.
