sanez is a 16 year old afghan girl who emigrated to Britain 8 years ago with her parents, elder brother and two younger sisters.the family were originally refugees, and lived in a number of hostels before being accommodatd in local authority housing in west london. the family felt unsafe in afghanistan and wanted a better life for the family particularly the girls. sanez experienced three changes of primary schools whilst the family lived in hostels, she was always shy feels anxious in dealing with change and meeting people for the first time. she is expected to help at home, the family are anxious that she maintains the cultural and traditionals values expected of a young woman. sanez is now about to undertake GCSE''s and wants to go to college to undertake a cours in health and social care, she would like to help refugees in the future based on her own experience. sanez worries about her future and is anxious about her ability to do well in her upcoming exams and she is often tearful in cass and appears sad.
