Be specific with reference to treatment outcomes in areas such as behavioral change, family systems change, and social change. This treatment plan should reflect: Knowledge and use of the DSM multi-axial diagnostic system. The micro and macro perspective of how the family, community, societal, and cultural factors affect the individual. Section 4 - Legal and Ethical Issues as it relates to counseling (1 page): Identify the ethical and legal issues that might apply in the case and describe how those issues could affect the child or adolescent client.
