Part 5 - RECOMMENDATIONS; the author gives the recommendations to the Information Technology Manager of the company. PART 6 - ATTACHMENTS; The paper should include bibliography of at least 8 citations. the AUTHOR-DATE style for references. Also in the appendix, tables, graphs or exhibits should be used.
