The paper needs to discuss the history of the ADA IAmerican with Disabilities Act) and the history of WOrkmen''s Compensation. Detail needs to be given to the process an employer and a employee in regurads to the ADA and Workmen''s Compensation. The legal rights for the employer and employee needs to be outlined with examples. If someone becomes disabled while employed the process and requirement of the employer and the employee needs to be outlined and examples should be given about how the employer will adjust the parking lot, stairwell, add an elevator, etc etc to allow the now disabled employee the ability to work. For example if someone is now confined to a wheelchair and the office is on the second floor and there is no elevator. What are the options the employer is required to take? Install an elevator, move the employee to the bottom floor or etc? The government also gives employers money to help with issues described above, that needs to be discussed and explained. For example the company might get money to install an elevator or money to make the parking lot friendly to a person with a disability.
