Overview Most people would define staffing as hiring those for specific jobs in the organization. This definition, in general, is accurate. However, the function of staffing is much more complex and has several elements involved with its completion. The following assignments will focus on all aspects of staffing. Select five of these elements to which your writing will focus. Write a 2- to 3-page paper discussing how the various steps in a staffing process, i.e., recruitment, interviewing, testing, etc. are impacted by the five external elements you selected.
