theoretical assignment:[1500 words] students are required to reflect on the role they played in the anaesthetic care required by three separate client groups: adult, paediatric and elderly(the elderly patient must have special need requirements such as pressure area care etc.). learning outcomes that must be covered are:- apply knowledge and understanding of the physiological, pathological, pharmacological and pyschological aspects of practice in relation to the care of the patient undergoing anaesthesia.:- analyse procedures and apply sratergies for the management of potential and actual clinical and environmental problems in the perioperative environment.:- develop an understanding of invasive monitoring in relation to safe parameters of care for patients undergoing anaesthetic intervention.:- reflect on and apply relevant research findings to the management and delivery of care to patients undergoing specialist anaesthesia.:- discuss the legal and ethical implications of caring for patients in the perioperative environment and the wider public health context(procedures that guide your practice through policies, protocols etc.).:- extend understanding of the physiological, pyschological, social and cultural influences in relation to perception of pain and its management in the perioperative period(stategies that can be used intraoperatively, understanding of opiates etc.) use of a case that requires invasive monitoring such as: arterial line/central venous pressure line/ temperature probe. modified driscolls reflective framework must be used and stated as such within the introduction so that the description becomes an appendix and not included in the word count. there must also be an added conclusion after the & quot;now what & quot; section.
