Submit a 500-word overview of philosophies of knowledge. In addition to comparing and contrasting the approaches in different types of organizations, the Learning Team members will use their observations as a basis for deriving general principles concerning which approaches are effective and which are not. In considering these principles, the issue of universal applicability versus differentiation by job functions will be addressed. Sources will include course materials, study of learners’ own organizations, and outside research. This is my organization I work as a case manager for Hope VI project these are the problems and issues Compare and Contrast with Postal System and Federal Bureau Investigation o Nonprofit organization (Hope VI Project) ? There exists an ineffective method of disseminating necessary information to promote the benefits of Hope VI Project ? There is insufficient cooperation from other agencies, such as HUD and local housing authorities, because they are unaware of their role and responsibility in addressing the needs of the clients. ? The general public and stakeholders are unaware of the benefits provided to low income communities by Hope VI Project. This lack of knowledge can be detrimental to the security of the Project, i.e out-year funding. o Issue: Knowledge Management systems should be designed to assist organizations and corporations in storing, assimilating, and sharing knowledge that is of value to that organization. The system should aid rather then hinder management and employees. Issue: There is no method available to capture good or best practices and lessons learned paper should be written at doctorial level
