The paper should be double-spaced and error-free in grammar and spelling, etc. It should also document the task analysis you conduct, detail your design, implementation, and evaluation efforts. Include all supporting documentation as appendices at the end of your paper. Students are encouraged to utilize the text but the use of other HRD books, journals and articles are necessary to assist in performing the tasks involved with this project. A PowerPoint presentation should accompany your paper. Late papers will not be accepted. 2.) Specific Information First, where possible, a Needs Assessment should be conducted. In cases where this is not possible, the Needs Assessment section should detail the process one would normally do to conduct the Needs Assessment. Analysis should be considered from both the task and person levels. Next, training objectives should be developed based on the task analysis data. Training methods that the program will use should be listed. The rationale for using them should also be discussed, including a discussion of the principles on which the choices are based).
