Again this goes back to the lessons learned from HUX 554--the consolidation of corporate capital and how it affected our entire society and what unrestrained capitalism means. You could even include Reagonomics and deregulation and how that affected the overall society. Next would be your main focus, utilizing a modern company, as you have done briefly. You can still discuss the dot.coms, but the emphasis on Enron is good. This would mean using Enron as a case study of your argument. This is the heart of your thesis and would follow from all the above. If you want to use another industry, or company as a case study that would be fine. This emphasis helps the reader to understand your argument and adds to our body of knowledge on the topic, which is a goal of theses. Your discussion of Enron would be intertwined with references to your argument as you present analysis of why this is an example of what you are arguing. This might take a number of chapters. If possible, it would be useful to bring in the current economic crisis and how this validates your argument also and there''s a wealth of information out there right now on this, including pieces by Alan Greenspan himself.
