You report should contain, as a minimum; 1. Your proposed strategy for acquisition and development of the site(s) 2. Clear recommendations regarding the nature of any proposed contract(s) 3. Funding options 4. Potential development costs including any possible areas for S106 contributions 5. Site constraints 6. Development options 7. Identification of site and development related risks 8. The form and content of any planning applications and supporting documents that may be required 9. A suggested timetable for the major events culminating with acquisition and commencement of development on site 10. An initial development appraisal Your report should conclude with a clear recommendation, with justification, based on the content of the report, as to whether or not the site should be bought.
