This assignment asks you to explore the cultural patterns (beliefs,values, and norms) of a selected culture. For the paper, you are to select another culture (it can be one that you have interacted with, intending to interact with, or just curious about and research the cultural patterns that are dominant in that culture "In my case you can select any culture but the jewish or Israeli culture".) The paper should identify and describe the most significant cultural patterns that you believe would influence interpersonal communications (within the culture and with other cultures, e.g. is there a sense of "in-group" and "out-group"?) that you have selected. Please explain your choices. The paper is not simply a description of cultural patterns of another culture but rather an exploration of values,beliefs, and norms, using Hofstede''s taxonomy as a framework for your analysis. Requirements: 1. You will choose at least 3 of Hofstede''s values dimensions as your framework. 2.Your paper should be apprx 4-6 pages in length doublespaced. 3. You should turn in a bibliography with MLA or APA format with a minimum of 4 sources 4.You shall attach a copy of the 4 sources or more with the reference page.
