A paper written in MLA format with a minimum of 5 references cited. These references need to be during the fatwa period and should be correctly cited in the proper format for MLA research. These references should be derived from newspaper, magazine or other database material that is accessible to the general public and should be from the fatwa period. Sources: All sources must be credible. Be sure to avoid heavily biased material. Ideally your research can be conducted entirely through the internet using the databases. The starting point for the research should be to look for newspaper or magazine articles. You could also search the Internet for credible news websites based in the country you are researching and cite their website. Requirements: 6 pages minimum (MLA format) 4-5 sources (the books/film would count as 1 source, but you need to find outside journal articles or reviews). Must include Works Cited page. You can organize your paper as you want as long as it flows well and is logical (no headings required, but you are welcome to divide your paper if it aids organization) An “A” Paper… Follows all instructions and meets or exceeds minimum requirements. The paper will be free from major grammar and mechanical mistakes, with few exceptions for minor problems. The research will be academically based with credible sources integrated smoothly and properly cited using MLA format.
