This Disertation must be set up in chapters after the introduction to the topic and proposed methodology . Chapter 1, introduction the service user group (learning disabilities)and the historical views on Learning disabilities, such as the history of hospitals and society view them. 2)view of modern society and legislation(current policy in the uk ) in place to enable people with learning disabilities to maintain independance in the wider community. 3)To add social work perspective when researching this subject, Add legisaltion such as Valuing people document, NHS and Community Care Act 1990 and Mental Health Act. Give arguement of service users rights to lead a & quot;normal lifestyle & quot; and also bear in mind the safety of society? but other side of arguement could be the risk factors of society being a danger towards people with learning disabilities due to the service user Group being so vunerable.4) Add & quot;normalisation & quot; factors inregards to people with learning disability and & quot;norms & quot; of society ie people in society. Please could you use some graphs to support evidence. All work must be secondary research with the & quot;Topic Question & quot; running alway through the disertation. In the conclusion please provide social work perspective and how this could have an positive and negative impact on future social work practice .
