Many different disciplines from within the construction industry claim that their training and skills base make their profession best suited to adopt the project management role. In reality and in order to achieve the above, the project manager must resort to a wide range of skills, both technical and interpersonal. This is more frequently being referred to as “Hard & amp; Soft” Project Management and these skills are drawn form a wider context than just a construction background.
