When a class of forth graders are asked what do they want to be when they grow up majority responded with answer such as like Lil Wayne, Rich, or famous. What happen to the days when children wanted to become doctors, lawyers, or even scientist? Hasn’t African Americans such as Barack Obama made a positive step towards American change? Or does the media have and even bigger affect of the goals and ambitions of our youth?. I want to get to the root of the problem and find a answer to many of the questions people ask as to how big of an impact media violence has on youths academic success.
