I have completed a survey (questionnaire) which was sent to employees and volunteers of neighbourhood centres. We recived 75 responses. All responses are sumarised in excel spreadsheet table (attached). I need now about 20-25 pages of research paper (doctoral level) to INTERPRET data and make CONCLUSION. I do not need data analysis - it is already done. I need just interpretation of data (answers) and sound conclusion. It means how Neighbourhood centres and more specifically employees and volunteers of neighbourhood centres contribute to social capital development. There are about 50 questions in that questionnaire summary. When i said interpretation of data i mean something like this example: One question asked The employees and the volunteers how many committees, working groups, and teams did they belong to. The result shows that they belong in average to 4.8 groups or teams with average strength of relation of 2.1 (on scale between 1 nad 5 where 1 is very strong and 5 weak). One possible interpretaion would be: & quot;It was understood that the participants were involved in a numerous teams both related to and not related to the centre with which they were associated with. The employee participation in the teams was found to be bit more higher than the volunteers. Such involvement builds up trust, relationships and a sense of belonging to the community & quot;. But i need more. I need to show that they contribute to development of social capital more specifically.
