Part a You are a solicitor acting on behalf Ms. Booker who has an investment opportunity to decide upon. She has asked your advice concerning a company which she is considering taking control of and about which you are given the following information. Ms. Booker intends to seek professional accounting advice before committing herself to a final decision but wishes your general views on the company so that she may be better prepared for an initial meeting with the directors. The new staff member is very well read in many aspects of law but is weak in the areas of property transaction and probate.
