the part be is about an individual ( personal reflective account) of what we have learned about Management Development and how it might affect our own development. we should use your experience of the group working process and we will need to identify those key theories around Management Development that you successfully incorporated into your group’s design. because the group was not so successful i would like u to create my individual report. for part A mention above we identify company problems such as high turnover rate, high absenteeism, poor customer service, communication problems. we said we will include in the management development program job rotation, 360 degree feedback, leadership skills, appraisals etc. i would like to attach a file with the assessment criteria but i cannot find anywhere this application. Assessment Criteria – Reflective Report: • Scope, depth and analysis of reading relating to individual management development theories, models and research (30%) • Ability to critically reflect upon experiences gained from individual development activities, demonstrating depth of personal reflection, supported by relevant theories, concepts and research (60%) • Structure, conciseness, presentation and appropriate referencing (10%)
