Otaku Paper: You will write a research paper about a subject of your choosing. You will need to find an important issue that is of concern in the subject that you chose. The paper will detail opinions regarding the issue, both specialists in that field and yours as a concerned researcher. You will also need to produce an Annotated Bibliography to accompany your Otaku Paper. The Annotated Bibliography will be a short synopsis of sources that you found that deal with your Otaku subject. You do not need to use a source in your final paper to include it in the Annotated Bibliography. The Annotated Bib needs to be sources that you use in your paper as well as some that you found that you decided not to use. The Annotated Bib needs to have 15-20 sources.
