The paper should address at least the following: • Provide a brief background of the organization and identify the problem requiring change. • Provide a brief evaluation of at least two different change strategies that might be used to address the change needed in your organization. • Provide the team''s personal strategy for addressing the needed change. Your personal strategy could be a combination of elements from the two strategies you evaluated, or it could be your own strategy that you create. You can not simply use one of the strategies you reviewed as your personal strategy. • Make sure your strategy addresses resistance to change. • Include at least four (4) sources to support your work.
