We all experience and observe the impact of marketing every day. For this paper, use you observation experience to discuss various aspects of marketing (quality of service, product performance, customer satisfaction, convenience, store layout, impact of technology, etc.). The objective is to document significant examples (good and bad) of consumer marketing and to discuss what can be learned from these examples.
