There are 4 required components to this paper that must be addressed: *First component- The native american''s who are involved, their role in the lawsuit,their claims to the remains and the reason for the importance of repatriation of the remains. *Second component- acting as a judge in this case, state a legal decision on who the remains should be given to. This portion should be well argued and based on the interpretation of the law and not a personal opinion and include citations of the research. *Third component- This portion is to evaluate the case from an ethical standpoint using statements from archaeological ethics codes to determine the appropritate ethical behavior for archaeologists in this case. *Fourth component- should include a brief evaluation of the 60 minutes segment on the Kennewick Man this is to discuss the accuracy of the information presented by the media on the case and discuss any biases in their reporting.
