Each student must conduct research on a topic of their choice. Your research paper should be 10 pages, double spaced. Your paper must have a literature review. The paper should reflect your learning in the environment of administration and practice as they can be applied to the contemporary workplace. Feel free to use your own workplace, or a workplace that you have observed, as the model for your paper and describe how you would manage that operation in the next millennium. Cite a minimum of 5 sources that support your positions. References must be from scholarly journals whenever possible. The research paper must constitute graduate level work and adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.
