Nowadays, with the internal and external environments changes, the organizations are also changing to adapt to the new environment to keep sustainable development. With the change and innovation of organizations, there are some new organizational forms appearing (I will focus these four ornganizational forms) that they are: Hierarchical organization; Unit-organization;Network organization;Virtual organization. Different kind of organizational form has different kind of internal operation system including Human Resource Management System. That is to say,HRM should adapt to these different kind of organizational forms in some different and same way. Certainly HRM-practices also including many aspects ( I will focus on analyzing these HRM-practices aspects) that they are: organization and job design; HR-flow; perfomance and reward; communication & participation; HR function. Therefore, this thesis will mainly focus on how these HRM-practices adapt to different kind of organizational forms. Part one: introdution part 3 pages 1. Introduction about the thesis and statement of the central problem that how HRM-practices adapt to different kindf of organizational forms created by organizational innovaiton. 2. Organizations is changing to adapt to the internal and external environment changes; 3. HRM is changing to adapt to organizational innovation; There is a connection between HRM and different kind of organizational forms created by the organizational innovation. That is to say, different kind of organizational form requirement different kind HRM-practice. Why and how? 4. Reserch model Part two: literatures review, theoretical analysis 16pages 1. what is HRM-practice, HRM-system. The change of HRM-practice and HRM system. (just introduce a little bit) 2. That is to say, to pick up main point from the previous detail analysis to make a matrix according the previous analysis. In this matrix, there should pick up main point about the HRM-practices in different kind of organizational forms. This matrix is the same to the basic one that just enrich more points got from the previous analysis. Then, give a brief description about HRM-practices operation in different kind of organizational forms. After analysis, we found that in some organizational forms, they focus on XXX HRM-practices, but in other organizational forms, they focus on XXX HRM-practices. Something like this way to compare and discuss. Part three: methodology. 4 pages In case study, I will choose case study as methodology to analyze the theoretical analysis. 1.
