Summative assignment 2 (Personal reflection – 3000 words required to present a personal reflection of how your level of knowledge and learning has developed during this module. This should include, for example: 1. What you have learnt from the module and how(HRM,METHOD RESEARCHCHANG MANAGMENT,ACADEMIC SKILLS, your level of knowledge has changed, especially in terms of the module themes. Reference should be made to academic literature when doing this. 2. How your personal skills have developed and changed 3. How you have reacted to and developed your work, as a result of feedback on your assignments 4. How you might change your approach to your work/career as result of studying this module 5.
