The purpose of this paper is to analyze an organization through a SWOT Analysis. This analysis will be assessed by the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats within the organization. This analysis will be based on successes and challenges within the organization in accomplishing quality improvement initiatives and quality health outcomes. The paper should include: A brief overview of the organization, its mission statement, its goals and services it provides. Who are its customers, and what is its reputation in the community? Is the philosophy of the organization conducive to happy and healthy employees with positive morale? Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats should all be addressed in relation to patient/client satisfaction and outcomes. Also, include employee satisfaction, and the success of the organization financially, politically and in contributing to the overall wellness of the community. The paper should be 8-12 pages in length to a maximum of 12 pages not including title page, references or appendices, and follow APA 5th edition; and scholarly writing guidelines.
